We are reaffirming our $37 fair value estimate after Alliant Energy reported third-quarter operating earnings per share of $0.75, down from $0.80 in the year-ago period. Management lowered its 2017 EPS guidance to $1.89-$1.97 from $1.92-$2.06. Unfavorable weather took $0.06 off EPS in the quarter. We plan to lower our earnings estimate to within management's new range, but weather adjustments do not affect our fair value estimate.
