Republic Reports Solid Third-Quarter Results, but Shares Look Lofty
We reiterate our $42 per share fair value estimate for narrow-moat Republic Services after solid third-quarter earnings. While the company delivered another quarter of excellent results, we continue to view valuations across the North American solid waste industry as somewhat lofty and believe that Republic’s shares are overvalued at present.
