Sabre's network advantage intact despite a challenging near-term environment

Sabre’s IT Solutions (30% of sales) performance remains healthy and in line with our forecast, but the company’s Travel Network (70% of sales) was impacted by near-term industry headwinds. As a result, Sabre lowered 2016 sales growth guidance to 13.6%-14.7% from 14.5%-15.8% (versus our existing forecast of 14.7%), and reduced 2016 EBITDA growth targets to 12%-13.6% from 14.7%-16.8% (versus our 14.8% estimate).
