Sage's First-Half 2018 Underperformance Surprises; Revises Full-Year Growth; Shares Fairly Valued
Sage surprised the market with a brief trading update which warned of underperformance for the first half of fiscal 2018. Notably, for full-year fiscal 2018, Sage revised its organic revenue growth rate expectation to approximately 7% from 8%. The soured outlook was blamed on a decline in recurring revenue growth and contract license slippage in the enterprise segment.
