We are adjusting Saipem's fair value estimate for the company's 10-to-1 reverse stock split, with our fair value estimate moving from EUR 0.35 to EUR 3.50. Our outlook on the company, as well as our fair value/share price ratio, are both unchanged as a result of the split.
