Blackbaud’s Main Competitor Salesforce.org Acquired by Salesforce.com; Doesn’t Change Our View

On April 16, Salesforce.com announced that it would acquire its nonprofit and education vehicle Salesforce.org for $300 million, a move that raises the competitive threat to wide-moat Blackbaud.
