Skyworks Still on the Road to Topline Recovery; Maintain $92 FVE
Skyworks Solutions reported healthy fiscal fourth quarter results and provided investors with a solid first quarter forecast that was in line with our prior expectations and points toward the company remaining on track to generating year-over-year topline growth starting in the March 2017 quarter. Gross margin expansion wasn’t especially robust, however, which we think weighed on the stock after hours (down 3%), but we’re not overly concerned with the company’s long-term gross margin profile.
