Legacy TLBB Mobile to Be Launched in the Beginning of 2017; Maintain $40.50 FVE
Sohu reported another weak result for the third quarter, with revenue down by 21% year on year and operating loss of $51.5 million. We maintain our fair value estimate of $40.50 for no-moat Sohu after cutting our revenue and gross margin projection for brand advertising and increasing our revenue projection for online games. All eyes are on its upcoming mobile game Legacy TLBB Mobile, which Sohu has licensed to Tencent for distribution. In the third quarter, Sohu’s online game subsidiary Changyo...Sohu.com is an internet company based in China.
