Sohu's growth largely depends on its Sogou business and the launch of the next hit game.
Sohu reported weak second-quarter results, with revenue down 15% and an operating loss of $28.7 million. The top line met the lower range of previous guidance, and Sogou was the only segment with revenue growth.
