Splunk delivered blow out fourth-quarter results that were ahead of our expectations. The company continues to add customers at a strong clip, but an increasing ratable revenue mix will likely continue to create some fits and starts for the top line and profitability, evidenced by management’s middling guidance. We plan to maintain our no-moat rating, and we do not expect to make a material change to our $65 fair value estimate after rolling our model forward.
