Sprint bounces back from the brink but is still mired in fourth place among U.S. wireless carriers.

On Nov. 4, T-Mobile U.S. and Sprint announced they have called off their negotiations to merge. The two firms could not reach an agreement on terms, which we assume relates to price and control of the combined firm. Since we have continually valued the two companies on a standalone basis, there is no change to our fair value estimates of $67 per T-Mobile share and $5.25 per Sprint share.
