Several Undervalued Banks Stand to Benefit from 2017 CCAR Results and Capital Return Plans
All 34 banks undergoing the 2017 Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review, or CCAR, stress test by the Fed received a non-objection to their capital plan. The CCAR test is important, because it reaffirms the resilience of the large U.S. banks to a severe economic downturn and is the constraint on capital returns.
