Summit’s EBITDA Continues to Grow Organically and Through Acquisitions, but Shares Fairly Valued

Despite the adverse impact of hurricanes Harvey and Irma in the second half of 2017, Summit still reported solid full-year results, with revenue growing nearly 18% year over year to $1.8 billion and adjusted EBITDA rising 17% to $436 million. Rising demand supported organic volume growth of 3.4% for aggregates and 5.8% for cement, and should allow for mid-single-digit pricing increases in the coming year.
