Taubman reported fourth quarter and year end 2016 results, roughly in line with our expectations. Comparable ending occupancy dropped 50 basis points versus last year on the continued drag from three outstanding Sports Authority vacancies, while leasing spreads decelerated but remained strong for the quarter at 18.8%.
