Mobile and Data ARPU'ing on Telstra
We cut our fair value estimate on narrow-moat-rated Telstra by 4% to AUD 4.40 per share, following the weak trading update. Intensifying competition in the mobile and broadband space, accentuated by the debilitating impact of the National Broadband Network, or NBN, are quickly manifesting in lower average revenue per user, or ARPU, and margins.
