Telus Saw Solid Revenue and Customer Growth but Slightly Weaker Profitability; Shares Fairly Valued
Telus posted second-quarter results that tracked closely with our expectations of top-line growth. Total revenue grew 4% year over year, helped by solid growth in wireless and wireline segments. Firm-total adjusted EBITDA margin was 37.6% this quarter, versus 38% a year ago, which was weaker than expected due to weaker wireless profitability.
