Raising Tenneco Fair Value to $73 from $71 on Planned Transactions with Federal-Mogul

Narrow-moat-rated Tenneco announced its intention to acquire Federal-Mogul from Icahn Enterprises for an enterprise value of $5.4 billion. Once completed, the new entity will subsequently separate into two publicly traded companies.
