Comcast issued a press release on May 23 stating that it is "considering, and is in advanced stages of preparing, an offer" for the assets that Twenty-First Century Fox is selling to Disney. If it makes an offer, Comcast will present an all-cash offer for the assets that is higher than Disney's current all-stock bid.
