Varian Order Growth Slows in 3Q but Company Still Gaining Share; Maintaining FVE
Varian Medical Systems' third-quarter results were largely in line with our full-year modeling. The company's upgraded revenue guidance is largely a result of acquisitions closed in the quarter as well as continuing strong software growth. Reinvestments and tariffs, however, have offset the revenue uptick, with earnings remaining in our forecast range. We're maintaining our fair value estimate and wide-moat rating for Varian.
