Ventas Beats on Higher Senior Housing Growth, Extends Brookdale Into the Silver Wave
Ventas beat our expectations for the first quarter with stronger-than-expected performance from the operating senior housing portfolio, though we are currently maintaining our $65 per share fair value estimate and no-moat rating as the quarter doesn’t change our long-term outlook for the sector.
