After Taking a Fresh Look at Verint, We Are Raising Our FVE to $48; Shares Offer Upside
After transferring coverage to a new analyst, we are raising our fair value estimate for Verint Systems to $48 per share from $45. Additionally, we are maintaining our narrow moat and high uncertainty ratings. Verint operates in two segments: customer engagement and cyberintelligence. Verint Systems is amid a transition, owing to weakness in the cyberintelligence business.
