Verizon Rumored to Acquire Charter Communications; Maintain $50 FVE for Verizon
According to multiple media reports, Verizon is rumored to be in early talks with Charter Communications regarding a potential merger between Verizon and one of the largest cable companies in the U.S. Although we do not formally cover Charter Communications, we believe such a deal has many favorable strategic aspects if a deal were to materialize.
