Virtus Health Goes Danish with Modest European Acquisition
We maintain our AUD 7.50 per share fair value estimate for Virtus Health following its acquisition of the Aagaard Fertility Clinic, a single site facility based in Aarhus, Denmark. The number of assisted reproductive technology, or ART, cycles performed in Denmark is relatively high by European standards. However, we remain neutral about Virtus’ entry into the Danish fertility market given the modest size of Aagaard.
