Visa Continues to Ride the Wave of Electronic Payments Growth in Its Final Fiscal Quarter

Visa continued to report strong revenue growth in the final quarter of its fiscal year, driven by solid performance of the global economy. The company reported GAAP net income of $6.7 billion for the year and returned $8.5 billion to shareholders in the form of dividends and repurchases. The results were consistent with our long-term expectations for the company, and we are leaving our $108 fair value estimate unchanged.
