Wal-Mart Acquires Bonobos in an Effort to Boost E-Commerce Strategy, Keep Up With Amazon

Wide-moat Wal-Mart (fair value estimate of $82) reported on June 16 that it intends to purchase Bonobos, an Internet clothing brand, for $310 million in cash.
