Welltower's Significant Repositioning and Third-Quarter Results; Proactive Management Leads the Way
Welltower reported third-quarter results, growing funds from operations per share by 4% for the quarter, year over year, normalized mainly for transaction costs. Portfolio same-store net operating income grew 2.6% in the quarter over the same period last year.
