We're Beginning to Warm to Thomson Reuters' Decision to Sell Its Data Business to Blackstone

Narrow-moat Thomson Reuters reported fourth-quarter and full-year results that were a mixed bag. Revenue was in line with our expectations, while the company improved operating margins more than we had anticipated. Specifically, the improvement in margins within the financial & risk, or F&R, segment was vastly better than we were expecting.
