WGL's infrastructure investments should support steady dividend growth.

We will maintain our $60 per share fair value estimate and stable narrow moat rating for WGL Holdings after WGL's energy businesses generated $0.33 per share adjusted for mark-to-market and nonrecurring items in the fiscal third quarter, up from $0.22 per share in the prior-year period. Management's guidance for full-year fiscal 2016 EPS is $3.00-$3.20, in line with our latest forecast of $3.07 for fiscal 2016 EPS.
