Aon Will Not Pursue Deal With Willis Towers Watson
Following speculation that it was considering a share-based bid for Willis Towers Watson, Aon disclosed March 5 that is was in the early stages of evaluating such a deal. However, the company came out March 6 and confirmed that it does not intend to pursue a deal for Willis Towers Watson.
