We are initiating research coverage on WiseTech Global with a narrow economic moat rating and AUD 5.00 fair value estimate. WiseTech is an Australian provider of cloud-based logistics software, founded in Sydney, Australia in 1994 by Richard White who remains CEO and the largest shareholder. White has overseen the transition of WiseTech from a software startup into a large global provider of logistics software-as-a-service, or SaaS, and continues to have significant influence over the company. R...WiseTech Global is engaged in providing software solutions to the logistics industry across more than 125 countries. Co. develops, sells and implements software solutions that enable logistics service providers to facilitate the movement and storage of goods and information domestically and internationally. Co.'s customers range from small and mid-sized regional or domestic enterprises to large multi-national companies.
