We plan to raise our fair value estimate of $56 per share by 3%-5% for narrow moat Xylem following strong first quarter results. Our revised outlook reflects signs of sustained organic growth, as well as our updated earnings forecast, which accounts for recent global economic acceleration and early signs of rebounding infrastructure spending.
