Xylem faces ongoing organic revenue growth challenges.
We expect to raise our fair value estimate for xylem to roughly $45 from $40 currently following Xylem’s purchase of privately-held Sensus for $1.7 billion. Sensus is a strategic provider of complementary products and services for water and closely-related industries.
