Assicurazioni Generali is the parent company for The Generali Group (the Group), an insurance and financial services provider. The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. In the non-life sector the Group is focused primarily on the retail market. In addition, through the Europ Assistance Group, Co. is engaged in services in motor, travel, health, home and family. The Group has also expanded its business from insurance to a range of asset management, property and financial services.
Brembo operates in the field of components for the motor vehicle industry, designing, manufacturing and marketing disc braking systems. The product ranges includes performance brake calipers, brake discs, wheel side assemblies, complete braking systems and integrated engineering services that accompany the development of new vehicle models marketed by car and motorbike manufacturers. Co.'s products and services are employed on cars, commercial vehicles, and motorbikes, as well as in racing. Co. is divided into several manufacturing and marketing units which Co. coordinates.
Brenntag is a chemical distributor. Co. provides its customers and suppliers a range of services and global supply chain management as well as a chemical distribution network in Europe, North and Latin America as well as in the Asia Pacific region. Co. manages its business through its regionally structured segments in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Co. provides a range of products as well as services such as just-in-time delivery, product mixing, blending, repackaging, inventory management, drum return handling as well as technical and laboratory services for specialty chemicals.
E.ON is an investor-owned energy company. The Generation global unit consists of all Co.'s existing (fossil and nuclear) generation assets in Europe. The Renewables unit is engaged in managing Co.'s carbonsourcing and renewables businesses. The Global Commodities unit buys and sells electricity, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, oil, coal, freight, biomass, and carbon allowances. The Exploration & Production unit is a active in the focus regions of the North Sea (U.K., Norway), Russia and North Africa. The New Build & Technology unit include Co.'s project-management and engineering operations to support the construction of new power plants and the operation of existing plants.
Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide is an airport operator. Co. is divided into four segments: aviation, which includes airside and terminal management as well as corporate safety and security at the Frankfurt site; retail and real estate, which consists of retailing activities, parking facility and real estate management at Frankfurt Airport; ground handling, which comprises services dealing with passengers, aircraft and cargo; and external activities and services, which comprises Co.'s companies outside the Frankfurt site and auxiliary services in Frankfurt, including information technology and facility management in particular.
KBC Group is a bank-insurance group engaged in providing products and services mainly to retail, private banking, SME and mid-cap clients. Co. focuses on its primary markets of Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. Co. is also present in Ireland and, to a limited extent, in several other countries to support corporate clients from its primary markets. Co.'s main brands are KBC and CBC in Belgium, CSOB in Czech Republic and Slovakia, K&H in Hungary, CIBANK and DZI Insurance in Bulgaria, and KBC Bank Ireland in Ireland. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had 1,601 bank branches. In addition, Co. had total assets of Euro245.17 billion.
TAG Immobilien is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of residential real estate as well as property sales. Co. operates within two segments: residential and commercial. Co.'s residential property portfolio is concentrated in the regions of Thuringia / Saxony, the greater metropolitan areas of Berlin and Hamburg, and the Salzgitter and North Rhine-Westphalia regions while its commercial portfolio is situated in locations such as Hamburg, Berlin and Munich. As of Dec 31 2013, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 70,587 units and comprised of 4,582,344 sq. m. of floor area.
UBS Group is a holding company. Through its subsidiary, UBS, Co. provides financial services including advisory services, underwriting, financing, market making, asset management and brokerage and retail banking. Co.'s operations are organized along five segments: Wealth Management (financial services to high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals as well as private and corporate clients); Wealth Management Americas (advice-based solutions for ultra high net worth, high net worth and core affluent individuals and families); Personal & Corporate Banking (provides financial products and services to private, corporate and institutional clients); Asset Management and Investment Bank.
Wizz Air Holding is a European airline. As of Mar 31 2017, Co. provided more than 500 routes from 28 bases, connecting 141 destinations across 42 countries. Co. has two reportable segments: the airline and the tour operator business units, marketed under the Wizz Air and Wizz Tours brand names, respectively. Wizz Air sells flight tickets and related services to external customers and, to an extent, to Wizz Tours. Wizz Tours sells travel packages to external customers covering the network of Wizz Air.
