Alfen NV (Alfen) is a company based in the Netherlands, engaged in the design, development and production of electric grid equipment. The Company is active in three business lines: Smart Grids, which supplies standardized electricity grid connection systems, secondary transformer substations, local power grids, devices for grid automation, as well as software and back-end systems for remote management and grid control; Energy Storage, responsible for development and installation of modular energy storage systems under the brand TheBattery, which are used by utilities, grid operators, energy traders and industrial companies, among others, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging, which supplies EV charge points in a variety of capacities and functionalities for use at home, work and in public areas. In addition, Alfen offers service, management and maintenance activities, including remote support and monitoring, as well as an in-house technological know-how center.

Allianz is engaged in the provision of a range of insurance and asset management products and services. Co. has three business segments: Property-Casualty, which provides insurance products to both private and corporate customers, including motor liability and own damage, accident, general liability, fire and property, legal expense, credit and travel insurance; Life/Health, which provides life and health insurance products including annuities, endowment and term insurance, unit-linked and investment-oriented products and private health and supplemental health and long-term care insurance; and Asset Management, which provides institutional and retail asset management products and services.

Anheuser-Busch Inbev is engaged in the brewing of beer. Co. manages a portfolio of well over 200 brands that includes brands such as Budweiser, Stella Artois and Beck's; multi-country brands such as Leffe and Hoegaarden; and other brands such as Bud Light, Skol, Brahma, Quilmes, Michelob, Harbin, Sedrin, Klinskoye, Sibirskaya Korona, Chernigivske and Jupiler. Co. also produces and distributes soft drinks, particularly in Latin America. Co.'s operations are organized along seven business segments: North America, Mexico, Latin America North, Latin America South, Europe, Asia Pacific and Global Export & Holding Companies.

B&S Group SA is a Luxembourg-based company, which serves as a distributor of consumer goods. The Company acts as a source supplier to a number of channels and specialized markets. B& Group SA operates within three segments: The HTG Segment, which purchases products in bulk on an ad hoc basis from manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and international retail chains, as well as provides suppliers the opportunity to dispose of stock lots, closeout products and excess inventory; the B&S segment, which includes the purchase of consumer goods directly from premium brand owners and informs customers regarding strict food safety guidelines or specific cultural and national preferences and requirements, and the Retail Segment, which sources a focused selection of travel electronics from various partnerships and offers a selected assortment of the product groups sourced within the distribution activities in HTG and B&S.

Edenred designs and delivers services to clients, companies or public sectors, enabling them to offer beneficiaries additional purpose-directed purchasing power, such as the Ticket Restaurant® meal voucher, and provides prepaid corporate services. Co.'s product offering ensures that allocated funds are used as intended, allowing its clients to manage: Employee benefits (Ticket Restaurant®, Ticket Alimentacion®, Ticket CESU, Childcare Vouchers®, etc.); Expense management process (Ticket Car®, Ticket Clean way®, Repom®, etc.); and Incentive and rewards programs (Ticket Compliments®, Ticket Kadeos®, etc.). Co. also supports public institutions in managing their social benefits programs.

Eni is engaged in the oil and gas exploration and production, gas marketing operations, management of gas infrastructures, power generation, petrochemicals, oil field services and engineering industries. Co.'s operations are divided into three segments; Exploration and Production (oil and natural gas exploration and field development and production, as well as LNG operations), Gas and Power (supply, trading and marketing of gas and electricity, managing gas infrastructures for transport, distribution, storage, re-gasification, and LNG supply and marketing), and Refining and Marketing (supply of crude oil, refining and marketing of refined products). Co. maintains operations in 73 countries.

Galp Energia is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. operates in the following segments: exploration and production, with activities relating to exploration, development and production of hydrocarbons, particularly in Angola, Brazil and Mozambique; refining and marketing, which owns refineries in Portugal and also includes activities relating to the retail and wholesale commercialization of oil products; and gas and power, which covers the purchasing, commercialization, distribution and storage of natural gas and electric and thermal power production. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had proved and probable reserves of 638.0 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Hermes International is engaged in the manufacture, sale, and distribution of luxury goods primarily in France, rest of Europe, Japan, Asia-Pacific, and Americas. Co.'s activities can be divided into two segments: the distribution via Co.'s exclusive network and the distribution via specialist outlets. The distribution via Co.'s exclusive network comprises silks and textiles, leather goods and saddlery, ready-to-wear and fashion accessories (men and women's clothing, belts, jewellery accessories, gloves, hats and shoes), and other goods (jewellery and products of the art of living department). The distribution via specialist outlets comprise perfumes, tableware and watches.

Icade is a property developer/real estate investment trust (REIT). Co. offers its clients and business partners a range of complementary products and expertise in the development, design, contracting, marketing, and administrative and technical management of their properties. Co.'s activities are segmented into three divisions: Property Investment, Property Development, and Services. Property Investment focuses especially energy, water, waste and carbon comprises significant properties; Property Development targets properties and operations whose service orders were launched during the year, and Services division manages office buildings and housing units on behalf of third parties.

Leonardo is the holding company for The Finmeccanica Group, and is responsible for guiding and controlling industrial and strategic operations, coordinates its subsidiaries. The Finmeccanica Group operates in the Aerospace and Defence sector, which includes the Helicopters, Defence and Security Electronics, Aeronautics, Space and Defence Systems segments; and in the Transportation sector, which also includes Fata S.p.a., in addition to the companies operating in the transportation sector.
