Aalberts Industries is a technology company. As of Dec 31 2015, Co. is organized into four businesses: building installations, which produces and sells connection systems and valves to distribute and control water or gas in heating, cooling, drinking water, gas and sprinkler installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings; climate control, which develops and produces complete hydronic systems-from source to emitter- for heating and cooling systems; industrial controls, which develops and produces regulation and control systems for selected niche markets; and industrial services, which provides a combination of material technology know-how and manufacturing capabilities.

Beneteau designs, manufactures and sells yachts and powerboats through an international network of dealers. Co. also designs, manufactures and sells mobile homes. Its operations can be divided into two segments: The Boats segment and the Leisure Homes segment. The Boats segment groups together the activities for manufacturing and marketing boats with a customer base made up of dealers; The Leisure Homes segment groups together the activities for manufacturing and marketing mobile homes with a customer base made up of campsites and wholesalers, and the the activities for manufacturing and marketing wood-frame houses. Some of Co.'s brands are Beneteau, Jeanneau, CNB, IRM and O'Hara.

Metro is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in retail and wholesale. Co.'s operations are divided into four divisions: Metro Cash & Carry, Real, Media-Saturn and Galeria Kaufhof. The Metro Cash & Carry division operates in the cash and carry sector in Europe, Asia and Africa. The Real division is a hypermarket operator in Germany where it operates both stationary stores and an online store. The Media-Saturn division provides an assortment of brand products in consumer electronics retailing. The Galeria Kaufhof division operates department stores in Germany and Belgium. Co. is also a property manager through METRO PROPERTIES GmbH & Co. KG.

Grammer is engaged as a producer of seating systems and automotive interiors. Co. supplies original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of commercial and off-road vehicles, including agricultural and forestry vehicles as well as construction machinery and material handling vehicles. Other customer groups include rail transport OEMs, rail operators and bus manufacturers. Co. operates through two division: Seating Systems, which develops and produces driver and passenger seats for agricultural and construction vehicles, forklifts, trucks, buses and trains; and Automotive, which supplies headrests, armrests and center consoles to carmakers and systems suppliers for the automotive industry.

Co. is engaged in the media industry, primarily television edition & broadcasting. Co.'s operations can be divided into three segments. In the Free-to-Air segment, Co. operates a Free-to-Air terrestrial TV network, financed exclusively by advertising. In the Digital TV segment, Co. broadcasts many digital channels. In the Diversification & audiovisual rights segment, Co. purchases audiovisual rights. Co. is also engaged in distance-selling business, allows viewers to play an active role in the unfolding of programs proposed to them, develops mobile phone content; publishes a family of websites, organizes events & shows, & manages football Club des Girondins de Bordeaux.

NORMA Group is a holding Company. Co. manufactures and markets joining products and solutions in three product categories clamps (CLAMP), joining elements (CONNECT) and connections/fluid systems (FLUID). Co.'s clamp products and solutions are manufactured from unalloyed steels or stainless steel and are generally used to join or seal elastomer hoses. Co.'s connection products include connectors made of unalloyed steels or stainless steel that are partly equipped with elastomer or metal seals and are used as the joining and sealing elements of metal and thermoplastic pipes. Co.'s fluid products are either single or multiple layer thermoplastic plug-in connectors for liquid systems.

Pfeiffer Vacuum provides vacuum technology solutions. Co.'s products are divided into the areas of vacuum generation, vacuum measurement and analysis, installation elements, vacuum chambers and vacuum systems. It includes a range of hybrid and magnetically levitated turbopumps, oil-lubricated and drycompressing low and medium vacuum pumps, leak detectors, mass spectrometers and gauge heads. Co. manufactures vacuum chambers in cubical, cylindrical and bell-shaped designs. Co. also develops and manufactures vacuum systems for customer specific processes, such as testing components for the automotive and electronics industries, testing pressure vessels or packaging in the food industry.

PostNL is a mail, parcel and e-commerce corporation with operations in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. Co. has been assigned by the Dutch government to carry out the UPD (Universele Postdienst, Dutch for Universal Postal Service). Carrying out the UPD requires, amongst other things, Co. to deliver mail throughout the Netherlands five days a week (Tuesday through Saturday) and to maintain enough mailboxes in the country. ACM is charged with monitoring and enforcing the execution by Co. Co.'s operations are organized along three business segments: Mail in the Netherlands; Parcels; and International. Co. maintains over ten networks across thirteen countries.

Rothschild & Co SCA is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in banking activities and private equity. Co.'s banking activities include Investment Banking which comprises advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, advisory services for finance and restructuring, the primary equity capital market and the private placement of loans and shares; Corporate banking which comprises direct loans and structuring of financing packages; Private banking which comprises trust services, asset management and strategic planning; and Merchant Banking. Co.'s private equity activities involve investing in essentially medium-sized French companies, alongside a financial partner.

SFC Energy provides fuel cell generators for off-grid power applications, low and medium voltage electrical machine power products, instrumentation and measurement solutions, gas and flame detection safety systems as well as supervisory control and data acquisition solutions. For the power electronic market, Co. provides high-power electronic components, external and internal converters, switch mode power supplies, and special coils. For the defence and secutiry market, Co. provides portable power solutions that soldiers can use to run the devices they carry while on dismantled deployment. For the consumer market, Co. provides fuel cells used in hybrid operationalong with a solar module.

Sif Holding NV is a company based in the Netherlands, which provides steel foundations to the offshore wind, oil and gas markets. The Company operates in two segments: the Offshore Wind segment focuses on manufacturing monopiles for offshore wind farms. Monopiles consist of a tubular structure, typically with conical, and are hammered into the seabed. The Oil and Gas segment specializes in the production of steel tubular parts for the offshore oil and gas industries, with focus on jackets and related structures. The Company focuses on the North Sea region and also manufactures parts for machines and civil engineering projects, such as tubulars used in the Maeslant storm surge barrier, tubular structures used in the London Eye, and foundations for jetties, which are mooring platforms for ships.

Television Francaise 1 is a French general-interest television channel. Co. is an integrated communications group. Its activities cover the whole of the audiovisual industry: upstream in production, acquisition and sale of audiovisual rights and also in distribution of feature films to cinemas; downstream in sale of advertising space, and publishing and distribution of DVDs and music CDs. Co. is also engaged in home-shopping TV with Teleshopping, and pay-TV market. In addition, Co. produces multimedia content. Its activities can be divided into four sectors: Broadcasting France, Broadcasting International, Audiovisual Rights and Other Activities.

TUI is engaged in the tourism business, operating in some 180 countries. Co.'s segments include Hotels & Resorts, Cruises and Other Tourism. The Hotels & Resorts segment comprises all Group-owned hotels and hotel companies in TUI Group. The segment comprises majority participations in hotels, joint ventures with local partners, stakes in companies. The Cruises segment consists of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and the joint venture TUI Cruises. Other Tourism segment comprises central functions such as destination services, IT, aviation control and the French airline Corsair.
