K+S is engaged in the chemical sector. Co. has three business segments. The Potash and Magnesium Products segment combines the production and marketing of potash fertilizers and fertilizer specialities as well as potash and magnesium compounds for technical, industrial and pharmaceutical applications. Co. has three segments: Engineering & Construction, which provides engineering, procurement and construction project execution services to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry; Engineering & Production Services, which includes engineering and production services activities to the oil and gas industry; and Integrated Energy Services, which provides an integrated service for clients, with projects that cover upstream developments project, related energy infrastructure projects, and investment.

Co. develops its activities through two lines of business: the Property Development business (building and marketing of the residences and villages in France, Italy and Spain) and the Tourism business (operating and marketing of holidays in residences and villages under the Pierre & Vacances, Maeva, Adagio, Residences MGM, Hotels Latitudes, Center Parcs Europe and Sunparks brands).
