As of Dec 31 2015, Co. is organized into four businesses: building installations, which produces and sells connection systems and valves to distribute and control water or gas in heating, cooling, drinking water, gas and sprinkler installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings; climate control, which develops and produces complete hydronic systems-from source to emitter- for heating and cooling systems; industrial controls, which develops and produces regulation and control systems for selected niche markets; and industrial services, which provides a combination of material technology know-how and manufacturing capabilities.

DIC Asset along with its subsidiaries invests directly or indirectly in German commercial real estate and operates in the area of portfolio, asset and property management. Co.'s business segments include: commercial portfolio, which comprises portfolio properties owned by Co., which are leased long-term and offer attractive rental yields; and co-Investments, which comprises fund investments, investments in project developments and joint venture investments. As of Dec 31 2013, Co. had six branches located in the Hamburg, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt Am Main, Mannheim, and Munich.

Van Lanschot is the holding company of F. van Lanschot Bankiers NV in the Netherlands. Co.'s services focus on high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. Co. also, through it's subsidiary Kempen & Co., also serves the institutional market and offers investment services. Co.'s services are organized into five business segments: Private Banking, Asset Management, Business Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities and other activities. Other Activities include activities relating to the management of interest rate, market and liquidity risk.
