ABB specializes in power and automation technologies. Co. provides a broad range of products, systems, solutions and services that are designed to boost industrial productivity, increase power grid reliability, and enhance energy efficiency. Co.'s automation businesses serve a full range of industries with process optimization, control, measurement and protection applications. Co.'s power businesses focus on power transmission, distribution and power-plant automation, and support electric, gas and water utilities, as well as industrial and commercial customers.

Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.

Assicurazioni Generali is the parent company for The Generali Group (the Group), an insurance and financial services provider. The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. CNH Industrial is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the design, production, marketing, sale and financing of agricultural and construction equipment, trucks, commercial vehicles, buses and specialty vehicles for firefighting, defense and other uses, as well as engines, transmissions and axles for those vehicles and engines for marine and power generation applications. E.ON is an investor-owned energy company. The Generation global unit consists of all Co.'s existing (fossil and nuclear) generation assets in Europe. The Renewables unit is engaged in managing Co.'s carbonsourcing and renewables businesses. The Global Commodities unit buys and sells electricity, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, oil, coal, freight, biomass, and carbon allowances. The Exploration & Production unit is a active in the focus regions of the North Sea (U.K., Norway), Russia and North Africa. The New Build & Technology unit include Co.'s project-management and engineering operations to support the construction of new power plants and the operation of existing plants.

EDP Energias de Portugal is a utility company engaged as a generator, distributor and supplier of electricity in Portugal, and as an electricity generation company and a gas distributor in the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, Co. is a wind power operator with windfarms for energy generation in the Iberian Peninsula, the U.S., Canada, Brazil, France, Belgium, Italy, Poland and Romania and is engaged in developing wind projects in the U.K. Co. is also engaged in generating solar photovoltaic energy in Portugal, Romania and the U.S, and in Brazil it is engaged as an operator in electricity generation. As of Dec 31 2015, Co. had 9.7 million electricity customers and 1.4 million gas customers.
