Nous relevons significativement notre OC de 24 € à 88 € suite aux résultats positifs de la phase 3 (ABTECT) en induction d’obefazimod dans la rectocolite hémorragique. Obefazimod a atteint des taux de rémission clinique significatifs supérieurs à ceux observés en phase 2b, et comparables aux meilleurs agents en développement. Suite à ces résultats, nous croyons qu’Abivax est une cible crédible d’acquisition pour une Pharma voulant se renforcer en Immunologie.
