In the automotive industry, Co. works as supplier of exterior and engine compartment components in the high-volume market segment as well as a supplier of original equipment and components for small and medium series. Scatec Solar ASA is a Norway-based integrated independent solar power producer. It develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar power plants, and has several projects under development in Africa, the United States, Japan, Brazil the Middle East and Europe. The Company has three operating business segments: Power Production (PP), Operation & Maintenance (O&M), and Development & Construction (D&C). The PP segment comprises the Kalkbult and Linde plants in South Africa, the ASYV plant in Rwanda and four plants in the Czech Republic. The O&M includes services provided to solar power plants in which Scatec Solar participates or to third party plants constructed by the Company. The D&C comprises development activities as well as construction of solar power plants developed by Scatec Solar.

STRATEC Biomedical designs and manufactures automation solutions and technologies for use mainly in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) and in other regulated markets. IVD refers to those diagnostics activities performed outside the body in a glass or in test receptacles in a laboratory. Co. operates through two segments: Instrumentation and All Other. In the Instrumentation segment, Co. designs and manufactures fully automated analyzer systems for its clinical diagnostics and biotechnology customers. In its all other segment, Co. develops workflow software for networking several analyzer systems and develops and sells scientific materials and technologies such as nucleic acid purification.
