As a result, the consortium now holds 96.9% of the outstanding shares of Accell meaning that, after settlement, normal squeeze out procedures can be executed enabling the consortium to gain 100% of the outs...Accell Group NV is a holding company active in the bicycle market, based in the Netherlands.
