>RevPAR en baisse de 72% en décembre, léger mieux vs novembre - Les RevPAR France ont baissé de 72.3% en décembre 2020 (vs décembre 2019), selon les données préliminaires publiées par MKG, impactés par une baisse des taux d’occupation de 35 pt et un recul des prix de 30%. Ce fort recul des RevPAR était attendu, compte tenu du contexte sanitaire et du renforcement des restrictions en Europe, mais marque une légère amélioration séquentielle par rapport à novembre (-82%)...Accor is a hotel operator.
