Accor is a hotel operator. Co. offers its guests and partners the expertise of a hotel operator and brand franchisor (HotelServices) and a hotel owner and investor (HotelInvest). Co. divides its activities into three segments: Luxury-upscale, Midscale and Economy. Luxury-upscale makes up 11% of Co.'s portfolio and comprises brands such as Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, and Grand Mercure; Midscale makes up 43% of its portfolio and comprises the Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure and Adagio brands; and Economy makes up 46% the Co.'s portfolio, comprising the brands ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and hotelF1. At Dec 31 2013 Co. operated around 3,600 hotels and 460,000 rooms in 92 countries.

Bayer is a life sciences group based in Germany. Co.'s operations are organized along three divisions: Pharmaceuticals (engaged in prescription pharmaceuticals for cardiology and women's healthcare); Consumer Health (engaged in non-prescription products in dermatology, dietary supplement, analgesic, gastrointestinal, allergy, cold and flu, foot care, sun protection and cardiovascular risk prevention categories); and CropScience (engaged in the development of seeds and plant traits; crop protection; and for gardens, the green industry and non-agricultural pest control). Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands. In addition to these two activities, Co. has equity investments in the following two companies: Nissan and AVTOVAZ.

TAG Immobilien is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of residential real estate as well as property sales. Co. operates within two segments: residential and commercial. Co.'s residential property portfolio is concentrated in the regions of Thuringia / Saxony, the greater metropolitan areas of Berlin and Hamburg, and the Salzgitter and North Rhine-Westphalia regions while its commercial portfolio is situated in locations such as Hamburg, Berlin and Munich. As of Dec 31 2013, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 70,587 units and comprised of 4,582,344 sq. m. of floor area.

Teleperformance is engaged in outsourced customer experience management. Co. delivers integrated solutions to corporations and administrative bodies worldwide to manage all aspects of the customer-relations cycle on their behalf. Co.'s activities include four core business areas: customer care (these are services provided as part of customer service management); technical support; debt collection; and business information and marketing actions. As of Dec. 31, 2013, Co. had approximately 110,000 computerized workstations across 46 countries. Co.'s client includes industries like Telecoms, Internet, Financial services, Technology/media, Insurance, Government sector and Utilities.

Volkswagen the parent company of the Volkswagen Group.
