At Dec 31 2013 Co. operated around 3,600 hotels and 460,000 rooms in 92 countries.

Fonciere des Regions is a long-term real etaste investor with a focus on office assets. Co.'s portfolio includes investment properties and properties under development. Co. holds a range of real estate assets, to collect lease payments and benefit from appreciation in the assets held. Co.'s activities can be divided into five segments: Office Markets in France; Office Markets in Italy; Logistics; Business Premises; and Car Parks.

Gecina is a rental real estate company. Co.'s purpose is to operate individual rental properties or group of properties located mainly in France. Co.'s properties include commercial assets (offices and retail outlets), residential assets, logistics assets, hotels and healthcare facilities. Co. is organized around two main sectors and one ancillary segment: Economic sector comprising the commercial segment (offices and retail outlets), the portfolio of logistics properties and of hotel buildings; Demographic sector comprising traditional residential units (housing units property holding), portfolio of students residences and of healthcare facilities; Ancilary segment of real estate services.

Co. is also engaged in home-shopping TV with Teleshopping, and pay-TV market. In addition, Co. produces multimedia content. Its activities can be divided into four sectors: Broadcasting France, Broadcasting International, Audiovisual Rights and Other Activities.

Vivendi is an audiovisual group active in the entertainment industry with activities in music, TV, cinema, mobile, fixed and internet, and games. Co.'s operations are divided into five businesses: Canal+ Group which produces and distributes pay-TV in France, analog or digital, and is involved in film making; Universal Music Group which sells recorded music (physical and digital media); GVT which serves as a telecommunication operator for fixed ultra high-speed broadband, fixed-line telecommunications and Pay-TV in Brazil; SFR which is engaged in mobile phone services in France, as well as fixed and ADSL services; and Other Activities which involves ticketing, Wengo and Watchever.
