Zurich Insurance is Europe’s fourth-largest composite insurer by premiums. Its balanced business mix offers good visibility on its capital generation. Furthermore, its structural profitability in P&C insurance is improving and it is on track to achieve its 2019 financial targets. Underlyings
Accor SA

Accor is a hotel operator. Co. offers its guests and partners the expertise of a hotel operator and brand franchisor (HotelServices) and a hotel owner and investor (HotelInvest). Co. divides its activities into three segments: Luxury-upscale, Midscale and Economy. Luxury-upscale makes up 11% of Co.'s portfolio and comprises brands such as Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, and Grand Mercure; Midscale makes up 43% of its portfolio and comprises the Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure and Adagio brands; and Economy makes up 46% the Co.'s portfolio, comprising the brands ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and hotelF1. At Dec 31 2013 Co. operated around 3,600 hotels and 460,000 rooms in 92 countries.

Electricite de France is an integrated energy company with a presence in a range of electricity-related businesses: nuclear, renewable and fossil-fuel fired energy production, transmission, distribution, marketing as well as energy management and efficiency services, along with energy trading. Co. is an integrated energy company engaged in all aspects of the energy business: generation, transmission, distribution, supply and trading of energies. Imerys SA

Imerys is engaged in the production and the processing of minerals. Co.'s operations can be divided into four business groups: Minerals for Ceramics, Refractories, Abrasives and Foundry (minerals mainly for floor tiles, sanitaryware, porcelain, mobile energy as well as high-temperature and abrasive industries); Performance and Filtration Minerals (plastics, rubber, coatings, sealants and adhesives, health, beauty and filtration of nutrition liquids); Pigments for Paper (filler and coating products for paper) and Materials and Monolithics (construction materials in clay and slate and monolithic products and solutions for high-temperature industries).

LEGRAND

Legrand is a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructure based in France. Co. offers a full range of control-and-command, cable management, energy distribution and "Voice-Data-Image" products and systems which are suitable for the international commercial, industrial, and residential segments of the low voltage market. Co. markets its products under internationally recognized general brand names, including Legrand and Bticino. Each product group is marketed in all of Co.'s major geographic markets (France, Italy, Rest of Europe, USA/Canada and Rest of the World).

Renault SA

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung.
