Co.'s activities can be divided into four business units: Automotive Seating (design of vehicle seats, manufacture of seating frames and adjustment mechanisms, and assembly of complete seating units); Emissions Control Technologies (design and manufacture of exhaust systems); Interior Systems (design and manufacture of instrument panels, door panels and modules, and acoustic components); and Automotive Exteriors (design and manufacture of front ends and safety modules). Some of Co.'s customers are PSA Peugeot Citroen, VW Group, Renault-Nissan, Ford Group, BMW and GM Group.

Icade is a property developer/real estate investment trust (REIT). Co. offers its clients and business partners a range of complementary products and expertise in the development, design, contracting, marketing, and administrative and technical management of their properties. Co.'s activities are segmented into three divisions: Property Investment, Property Development, and Services. Property Investment focuses especially energy, water, waste and carbon comprises significant properties; Property Development targets properties and operations whose service orders were launched during the year, and Services division manages office buildings and housing units on behalf of third parties.

Renault is an automobile manufacturer. Co.'s activities have been organized into two main business sectors, in more than 120 countries: Automotive and Sales Financing. Co. designs, develops and sells passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Following the acquisition of Romanian carmaker Dacia and Samsung Motors' operating assets in South Korea, Co. has three automotive brands: Renault, Dacia and Samsung. RCI Banque, Co.'s captive financing arm, finances sales of the Renault, Renault Samsung Motors (RSM) and Dacia brands, and, in Europe, the Nissan and Infiniti brands.
