AccorInvest is seeking to issue an inaugural bond of € 600m due in 2029. The group obtained a B2/B rating with a stable outlook from the three ratings agencies. The new bonds, which are senior secured, ranking pari passu with the syndicated facility, will be rated 'B2' (Moody's), 'B+' (S&P) and 'BB' (Fitch).Proceeds from the bond issue will be used to complete the repayment of the bridge loan which falls due in March 2025.
