Acerinox is the parent company of a group engaged in the manufacture and sale of flat and long stainless steel products, and stainless steel wires. Co.'s major products include slabs, billets, black coils, plates, hot-rolled coils, hot-rolled sheets, flat bars, hot-rolled re-bars, hot-rolled black bars, engraved sheets, cold-rolled coils, cold-rolled sheets and circles. Co. also provides long stainless steel products, such as wire rods, angles, hot rolled flat bars, hot rolled re-bars, reinforced bars in coils, cold rolled re-bars, hot rolled black bars, cold drawn bars, and smooth turned bars. In addition, Co. offers wires, welding wire bars, and bars for electrodes.

APERAM is a stainless and specialty steel producer. Co. produces a range of stainless steel products and products including electrical steel (grain oriented, non-grain oriented, and non-grain oriented semi-processed steel), nickel alloys and specialties. Co. sells its products to customers on three continents in over 40 countries, including aerospace, automotive, catering, construction, household appliances and electrical engineering, industrial processes, medical, and oil & gas industries. Co. manages its business according to three operating segments: Stainless and Electrical Steel; Services and Solutions; and Alloys and Specialties.

Bonduelle is active in the market of processed vegetables both within and outside the European Union. SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.

Seche Environnement offers environmental management solutions for industrial clients or local authorities. Co. operates waste treatment and recovery facilities and develops tools to produce energy from waste. Co. also collects and sorts all types of waste, whether household or industrial, hazardous or non-hazardous. For local authorities, Co. manages household waste and other environmental concerns. Co. is engaged in thermal treatment, storage, methanization of household waste and production of alternative fuels. For industrial clients, Co. has developed products and services for handling industrial waste from waste production sites to elimination facilities.

Signify NV Formerly known as Philips Lighting NV. Signify NV, formerly Philips Lighting NV, is a company based in the Netherlands that provides lamps and lighting solutions. Its product portfolio includes, among others, incandescent lamps, halogen lamps, fluorescent lamps, linear fluorescent lamps (LFL), compact fluorescent lamps (CFL), high-intensity discharge lamps (HID) and light-emitting diodes (LED), as well as electronic components, such as electronic ballasts and drivers. The Company also provides integrated and customized lighting systems. Its service portfolio includes light management and value-added services, such as energy audits, light design and engineering, as well as remote monitoring and managed services.
