Acerinox is the parent company of a group engaged in the manufacture and sale of flat and long stainless steel products, and stainless steel wires. Co.'s major products include slabs, billets, black coils, plates, hot-rolled coils, hot-rolled sheets, flat bars, hot-rolled re-bars, hot-rolled black bars, engraved sheets, cold-rolled coils, cold-rolled sheets and circles. Co. also provides long stainless steel products, such as wire rods, angles, hot rolled flat bars, hot rolled re-bars, reinforced bars in coils, cold rolled re-bars, hot rolled black bars, cold drawn bars, and smooth turned bars. In addition, Co. offers wires, welding wire bars, and bars for electrodes.

APERAM is a stainless and specialty steel producer. Co. produces a range of stainless steel products and products including electrical steel (grain oriented, non-grain oriented, and non-grain oriented semi-processed steel), nickel alloys and specialties. Co. sells its products to customers on three continents in over 40 countries, including aerospace, automotive, catering, construction, household appliances and electrical engineering, industrial processes, medical, and oil & gas industries. Co. manages its business according to three operating segments: Stainless and Electrical Steel; Services and Solutions; and Alloys and Specialties.

Royal Boskalis Westminster is a service provider operating in the dredging, dry and maritime infrastructure and maritime services sectors. Co. is involved in dredging activities and provides a range of maritime services for the offshore energy sector. In addition, Co. provides towage services as well as emergency response and salvage related services. Co.'s main clients are oil, gas and power companies, port operators, governments, shipping companies, international project developers, insurance companies and mining companies. Co. operates on behalf of its clients in over 75 countries across six continents.

Laurent-Perrier is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the production and distribution of champagne. Its products are sold through four main brands, which are Laurent-Perrier, Salon, Delamotte and Champagne de Castellane. Co.'s vineyards are held either directly by Co. or jointly with other growers through various real-estate companies. Co. organizes its business activities under three different types of legal entities: Champagne houses, Distribution subsidiaries, and Vineyards. For most of its export markets, Co.'s products are sold through specialized distribution networks such as cafes, hotels and restaurants, wine merchants and direct sales.
