ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co.'s activities are divided into the following areas: Construction, engaged in the construction of civil works, and residential and non-residential building construction; industrial services, engaged in the development of applied engineering services, installations and the maintenance of industrial infrastructures in the energy, communications and control systems sectors; services, groups together environmental services, the outsourcing of building maintenance services, logistics and transport services; and concessions, mainly engaged in transport infrastructure concessions.

Assicurazioni Generali is the parent company for The Generali Group (the Group), an insurance and financial services provider. The commercial offer is composed of savings and pure risks policies, which constitute the majority of the portfolio, which includes protection and pension funds. In the non-life sector the Group is focused primarily on the retail market. In addition, through the Europ Assistance Group, Co. is engaged in services in motor, travel, health, home and family. The Group has also expanded its business from insurance to a range of asset management, property and financial services.

Auto Trader Group operates a digital automotive marketplace. Consumers can search from around 450,000 used cars and 6,000 new cars on the marketplace each month, using a standard make/model search or via discovery search if they aren't sure of the exact vehicle they want. In addition, Co. provides consumers services to help them make an informed decision about the car they are looking to buy, these include: vehicle check, finance, and insurance. Co. also provides free vehicle valuations providing both a private sale price as well as a part-exchange price. Furthermore, Co. provides retailers display advertising packages so they can promote their business as well as individual vehicles.

Brenntag is a chemical distributor. Co. provides its customers and suppliers a range of services and global supply chain management as well as a chemical distribution network in Europe, North and Latin America as well as in the Asia Pacific region. Co. manages its business through its regionally structured segments in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Co. provides a range of products as well as services such as just-in-time delivery, product mixing, blending, repackaging, inventory management, drum return handling as well as technical and laboratory services for specialty chemicals.

Cellnex Telecom SA is a Spain-based company engaged in the wireless telecommunications (telecom) business. Its activities are divided into three segments: Broadcasting infrastructure, Telecom site rental, as well as Network services and other. Co.'s rubber divisions comprised of: Tires, which provides tires for passenger cars through trucks, buses and construction site vehicles to special vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles; and ContiTech, which develops products made from rubber and plastic.

Co. is an energy provider across the entire energy chain, in electricity and in natural gas, including: purchase, production and commercialization of natural gas and electricity; transport, distribution, management and development of major natural gas infrastructures; design and commercialization of energy services and environment-related services. Co.'s activities are conducted through five segments: Energy Europe, Energy International, Global Gas and LNG, Infrastructures, and Energy Services.
